Little Margate Farm is a working farm on the bank of the River Cardinham. We have sheep, cattle, chickens, ducks, geese, goats, and horses and you can buy fresh, free-range eggs.

The site is set in two acres of the thirty acre farm, approached by a private, concrete drive and enjoys stunning views over the Cardinham Valley.

The nearby picturesque Cardinham Woods contains over six hundred acres of mixed woodland set in impressive steep valleys and narrow ravines. Cardinham Woods has waymarked trails for walkers of all abilities and there is ample opportunity for the walker, cyclist, or horse rider to explore the wood's nooks and crannies.

Little Margate is situated less than a mile from both the A30 and A38 but far enough from the main roads to avoid traffic noise. Our central location makes us an ideal base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
